Johan Nordström has been working in the financial industry since the early 2000. He began his career at a CTA hedge fund prior to joining GADD Stockholm in 2006.
During the 5 years following he worked as an analyst and portfolio manager for the Swedish based clients of GADD.
Preceding returning to GADD within the office of Luxembourg, he worked as a portfolio manager in Sweden and Luxembourg.
Johan Nordström has a business and economics sciences degree from Lunds University, he is a CFA charter holder and Financial Risk Manager – certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
After having worked in a Swedish start-up company, Fredrik Hegardt joined GADD in Luxembourg in the beginning of May 2020 to help reinforce the relations with Stockholm and Geneva, as well as a general support to the rest of the team at Gadd.
Fredrik is now in charge of Partnerships & Business Development while keeping a close eye on our IT.
Following his engineering studies at the ETH Zürich, he complemented his academic work with studies in Environmental Sciences with an emphasis on sustainability, at the Swedish University of Agriculture (SLU).
Concentrating on developing business with clients in the Benelux, Joseph Bart joined GADD in Luxembourg in May 2016 and stepped up as Chief Risk Manager in 2020.
Bart started his career in 1995 at Bank Nagelmackers Luxembourg in the Private Banking Department. After this International experience, he went back to Belgium as advisor in the Belgian Federal Parliament. He joined GADD in Luxembourg to apply his experience in the advisory and discretionary asset management. Native Dutch speaking, he is also fluent in French and English.
Bart obtained a Master degree in Applied Economic Sciences at the University of Antwerp and holds a post graduate in ‘Estate and Wealth Planning’ from Brugge Business School.
Henrik Sporje joined GADD in Geneva in May 2025 as a Portfolio Manager focusing primarily on Clients and Business Development in Switzerland.
Henrik has been working in the financial industry since late 80s. He began his career at the Stockholm Stock Exchange and went on to work in London where he became Deputy Head of Private Banking, with responsibility for the Asset Management Operations, at Handelsbanken UK. He’s held several directorship positions after that and eventually moved to Switzerland in 2009 where he started his own Advisory and Wealth Management operations in Drayton Advisors S.A.
In combination with his studies in Economics, Finance, Law and History at University of Stockholm, he has studied Statistics at the University of Uppsala.
Henrik is also Chairman of the Svenska Klubben Lausanne – Genève since 2022.
Helena Bjäringer joined GADD in Geneva in 2019 as a senior portfolio manager.
Helena Bjäringer began her career in 1993 as a trainee at Lehman Brothers, Geneva and from 1995 and up to 2010 she worked for Coutts Bank, BNP Paribas and Clariden Leu as an account manager and was responsible for managing existing clients as well as developing the Scandinavian and UK markets. As of 2010, Helena Bjäringer continued to serve her clients from privately owned Swiss domiciled wealth management companies that offered comprehensive and sustainable investment advice and solutions.
Helena Bjäringer holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
Helena is also a member of the Human Rights Watch committee in Geneva.
Anna started her career with GADD in 2007 as an assistant to Portfolio Managers with a clientele of mainly Scandinavian origin.
She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Lausanne. She speaks Swedish, French and English.
Antoine joined GADD in Geneva in March 2022, as an administrative assistant, to support a mainly Scandinavian private clientele.
He studied in Geneva where he obtained a Federal Certificate of Commercial Employee Capacity as well as a Swiss Professional Maturity.
He is fluent in both French and English and has a passion for IT.
Fatemeh Raeissi joined GADD in Luxembourg in April 2020 to strengthen the administrative team.
Fatemeh graduated from the University Sorbonne Paris Nord and she holds a Master’s degree in law. She began her career in 2018 at Royal bank of Canada in the Due Diligence team for remediation procedure client’s AML / KYC.
Marzieh joined GADD in Luxembourg in July 2018 to strengthen administrative and commercial support.
Marzieh has a Master degree in engineering from the National School of Electricity and Mechanics of Nancy and a degree in Accounting Management from the University of Lorraine and did her final internship with Aumea Partner.
